Delivery & Returns Policy
Orders
If an item is in stock on the online store and in your required size, then NVW will process, confirm your order by email and schedule your delivery. If an item is not in stock then it will be made to order in 4-8 weeks to 6-8 weeks (depending on the piece), excluding delivery times.
We do not accept returns for any pieces which are bespoke/custom or personalised in any way.
NVW reserves the right to decline or cancel orders placed by a customer.

Delivery
We are pleased to offer free, tracked and insured, shipping to the UK, Europe and ROW (please see our list of destinations below) on orders under £20,000. For any countries not listed below, please contact us for shipping options.

Please allow 1-3 days for delivery in the UK and approximately 7-10 days for Europe and ROW. We or our nominated shipper will keep you informed by email on estimated delivery days and times.
Shipping Methods
NVW will ship your purchase insured, tracked and to be signed for by Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL Express or FEDEX. Please note, all packages must be signed for by an adult. NVW does not take responsibility for any packages which fail to be delivered due to an incomplete address or incorrect delivery information.
Duties and taxes
For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees, which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If you would like to discuss having your piece delivered DDP (delivered duty paid) then please contact us to discuss.
For international shipments, goods are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays out of our control. Items shipped to the USA may be subject to requests by customs for further information.
Returns
If there is an issue with your online order or you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days. Please contact us straight away at studio@nvwjewel.com.
If you would like to cancel an online order before it has been shipped, please contact us at studio@nvwjewel.com
For valid return, exchange or refund items must :
- Be unworn and undamaged
- In the original NVW packaging
- Not a custom, bespoke or personalised piece
Any shipping costs, insurance for shipping and import duties or taxes on international returns cannot be refunded. Shipping costs and insurance of returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that there are no returns on bespoke or personalised (e.g engraved) pieces.
