Untamed Rarity

A Call to the Wild, the comb-jewellery by Natasha Wightman brings the dark and romantic nature of Gothic symbolism back to present day. A comb, usually associated with care and vanity, becomes a precious object that reveals a primordial action: a raven emerging from the deep forest in the heart of winter. The silver base, with its curved and harmonious design, is enriched with a delicate engraved feather and black and white diamonds, evoking the contrast between light and shadow, characteristic of winter nature. The figure of the bird is hand-carved to create a slight wavering effect eliciting its free movement.
